The actress acquired a 2271 square meters unit in a K-villa for about 2.5 billion won ($1.95 million) back in 2008. According to a real estate official, this exclusive villa, housing only seven households, is rarely on sale, with residents highly satisfied with their living conditions. Its current market price is estimated to be around 5 billion won ($3.9 million).
This high-end villa has a shared swimming pool on the first floor and a rooftop terrace, providing a picturesque view of the Han River. It also gets a good amount of natural light due to its location in the highlands with no tall buildings obstructing the scenery.
During the latest broadcast, Uhm Jung Hwa graciously invited viewers inside her home, showcasing a stunning 4.7 million won mirror ($3,675) designed by an Italian designer. As she walked through the all-white living room, which sets the tone for the entire house, she revealed her elegantly designed bedroom with a simple white and black color scheme. The curtain pulled back to reveal a captivating garden view and stylish decor, leaving the show’s panelists in awe, with comments like “It’s so amazing” and “I feel like I’m in another country.”
