Hoshi was asked about the performance of the group’s tenth mini album FML. “We wanted to take a step forward by presenting something new. During the preparation of this album, all of our members put their heads together and came to the conclusion that we should do something that we haven’t done before,” he said. When asked about his goal, he said, “I don’t want to disappoint our fans, Carats, with our performance. I hope that our group can make them feel proud to say ‘I am a fan of SEVENTEEN,’” showing great affection for fans.

Woozi explained the group’s selection criteria for the songs in the album, saying, “We don’t like to pretend. Instead of thinking, ‘We should write songs with this feeling to match the album’s concept,’ we focus on doing what we can do best and putting our thoughts and experiences into the lyrics. We followed the same approach for the recent album.”

Vernon shared, “My current goal is to show the title song as well as we prepared for this comeback. Additionally, I hope that all thirteen members can showcase their unique charms in this track and make a lasting impression. I believe our title song will be even cooler when each member stands out.” He then revealed that the secret behind their great teamwork is “having interest and affection for each other.”
