Will Kim Tae Hee make her long-awaited comeback to the small screen?
On Thursday, the actress’s agency Story J Company confirmed, “Kim Tae Hee received an offer to star in the new tvN drama House with a Garden (literal title) and is now reviewing it.”
House with a Garden is a suspenseful family thriller drama that subverts the illusion of “a happy home with a garden” through the suspicion and awakening of a housewife who enjoyed happiness in a perfect house that others envied. It’s based on a novel of the same name.
If Kim Tae Hee does appear in the drama, this marks her return two years after tvN’s Hi Bye, Mama! It’s also been reported that House of Lies actress Lim Ji Yeon and Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area actor Kim Sung Oh are also considering their appearance in the drama.
Meanwhile, House with a Garden comes from Director Jung Ji Hyun, whose credits include Search: WWW, You Are My Spring, and Twenty-Five Twenty-One.
