The actress introduced herself and her character by saying, “I am Seo Ye Ji, who will be playing Lee Ra El. It is nice seeing you all. In the drama, Lee Ra El’s life is completely destroyed by people who are blinded by the money, so she puts everything on the line to avenge them.” “I hope you enjoy the drama as it’s filled with romance, vengeance, conspiracy, and all other elements that share what desires can do to people in the end.”
The female star made her first comeback through the promotional video about a year after her withdrawal from various other projects. In April of last year, she temporarily halted all of her activities due to a scandal over her past relationship with Kim Jung Hyun.
On February 27th, the star released a formal apology and announced her small-screen comeback through drama Eve. In a letter of apology she shared through her agency GOLD MEDALIST, she said: “I have been taking time to reflect on myself as I thought about the troubles that I caused. I will try to become a more mature person and actress.”
