Episode 8 of Business Proposal recorded an average nationwide viewership rating of 10.8 percent, soaring to its highest ratings thus far.
The episode begins with Shin Ha Ri (played by Kim Se Jeong) running away from Kang Tae Moo (Ahn Hyo Seop) after kissing him on the lips. She goes, “It was just a mistake!” as she runs and kicks herself later at her place, remembering what had happened to them earlier.
Meanwhile, Min Woo (Song Won Seok) finds the fake dating contract in Ha Ri’s house and punches Tae Moo. However, she stands on Min Woo’s side to prevent Tae Moo from getting into trouble.
Later in the episode, Tae Moo’s company has a track meet. Ha Ri wins a dinner with Tae Moo through a work dodgeball competition but learns that he cannot attend because of a date that her grandfather had set up for him.
Startled, Ha Ri calls Tae Moo and tells him her feelings. She says, “I don’t care about what others think anymore. All I want to think about is us, so please don’t go out on the date.” Hearing her cute love confession, he says, “Why would I go on a date when I have a woman who I love? I was going to tell her my true feelings today,” waiting for her in front of her house.
The episode ended with the two kissing each other, realizing what they really wanted. Kang Tae Moo and Shin Ha Ri now became real lovers, and viewers are curious to see how Chairman Kang Da Gu (Lee Deok Hwa) would react once he learns about Ha Ri’s real identity.
