Ji Sung, Seo Ji Hye, and Lee Soo Kyung will be starring in a new drama called Adamas (literal title).
Adamas tells the story of the twin brothers who are trying to uncover the secrets behind their stepfather’s murder 22 years ago. The story begins as the two learn the shocking truth that their birth father had killed the man that raised them. However, they realize that their biological father was framed for murder and fight against those in power to reveal the truth.
Ji Sung will play the twin brothers with opposite personalities. He will star as a best-selling detective novel author named Ha Woo Shin and a public prosecutor named Song Soo Hyun.
Seo Ji Hye will take the role of Eun Hye Soo, the wife of the eldest son of a conglomerate family. Although she grew up in a wealthy family, she decides to stand against the conglomerates by secretly helping Woo Shin.
Lee Soo Kyung will play Kim Seo Hee, a local news reporter who keeps a secret from the twins. She is a hot-blooded journalist who does her best to make the world a better place. She has her own reasons behind her obsession with justice.
tvN’s Adamas will premiere in the second half of 2022.
