MBC’s The Red Sleeve kept its top spot throughout its broadcast and ended atop. Viewers showed enthusiastic support of the perfect harmony of the writer, director, and actors. The ending scene received rave reviews. SBS’s Our Beloved Summer ranked second, recording its all-time best record for two weeks in a row. Choi Woo Shik and Kim Dami’s kiss scene at the end of episode eight became a hot topic. tvN’s Bulgasal: Immortal Souls came in third. Though many showed disappointment over the complicated plot, Lee Joon’s performance was met with favorable responses. KBS’s Young Lady and Gentleman went up one place, landing at No. 4. Ji Hyunwoo won the grand prize at the 2021 KBS KBS Drama Awards, drawing keen attention. JTBC’s Snowdrop dropped to fifth place. The fact that JTBC heralded a legal action against all talks surrounding the drama became a hot topic, which most people thought was a hasty move.

Mnet’s Street Dance Girls Fighter came in first place once again. However, Team LACHICA’s KLWC got embroiled in a controversy for their bad manners shown in round three. Both teams, LACHICA and KLWC came heavily under fire. MBC’s My Teenage Girl rose up to the second place. The girls’ performance in MBC Gayo Daejejeon became a hot topic, leading to the rise of the show’s popularity. MBC’s Hangout with Yoo, which the main host Yoo Jae Suk returned after recovering COVID-19, ranked fourth. Additionally, Yoo Jae Suk took home the grand prize at the 2021 MBC Entertainment Awards, leading to a keen attention to the cast.
