Warner Bros. has dropped the release date for the American remake of Train to Busan.
Warner Bros. has announced The Last Train to New York, a remake of the South Korean film Train to Busan, to be released theatrically on April 21st, 2023, the studio announced on Thursday.
In addition, Angel Manuel Soto’s Blue Beetle has moved from streaming to movie theaters and will hit screens on August 18. Toto, which tells the story of Wizard of Oz, will open on February 2, 2024.
Currently, many fans of Train to Busan are not happy about the remake. As for the controversial remake, Timo Tjahjanto has tweeted, “When your @ is suddenly filling up & its more about Train to Busan remake. In James (Wan) ‘s own words: Timo, we need to rise above & beyond everyone’s expectations, just like other great remakes have done, such as The Ring or Dawn of the Dead remake. Who am I to let my boss down?”
