Park Ju Hyun is in talks for the new sports drama.
According to The Daily Sports, Park Ju Hyun was cast to take the lead in the new KBS sports romance series Going to You at a Speed of 493km (literal title). Previously, Chae Jong Hyeop joined the project as the male lead.
Going to You at a Speed of 493km tells the story of players from badminton a business team. It’s the new sports romance series that centers around the passion and love of male and female badminton players.
Park will play Park Tae Yang, whose special skill is “the crazy smash.” She used to be a rising star for the Olympics, but she had to leave the field due to bribery issues. But three years later, she returns to take the crown.
After making her debut with Netflix original series Extracurricular, Park worked on Zombie Detective and Mouse. Now, she is waiting for the release of Silence and filming the new movie, Seoul Vibe.
Going to You at a Speed of 493km will premiere this year at the earliest or the first half of next year at the latest. Tomorrow With You writer Heo Seong Hye pens the script.
