2PM will be heating the K-pop scene this summer.
On April 20th, JYP confirmed that 2PM is currently preparing for their new album. The agency added, “We will announce the exact timing later.”
The talks about 2PM’s comeback have constantly hit the wire since the beginning of this year. All 2PM members, except for Nichkhun from Thai, completed their military duties. And in their recent web content, the group raised the expectations by sharing, “We will get together for great content. Get ready for the year of 2021 filled with 2PM.”
2PM has been on a hiatus since 2017 to finish the military services. Junho was the last one to complete his service, and he too was discharged last month. Now, all six members will come together as one group and resume their 2PM career.
The group debuted with the first single Hottest Time Of The Day in September 2008. Since then, they released several hit songs like “10 Out of 10,” “Heartbeat,” and “Again & Again,” gaining explosive reactions from fans around the world. Last year, 2PM’s 2015 song “My House” climbed up the music charts, making headlines.
