Here are the top 10 weekly idols on the K-pop channel NEW K.ID for the third week of March.

Congratulations WJSN to their successful comeback and taking the #1 spot on NEW K.ID’s Weekly Chart! The group has topped music program charts with their comeback title song. In other words, WJSN was selected as “THE SHOW CHOICE” for its mini-album title song “UNNATURAL” on SBS MTV’s music program THE SHOW. To clarify, the song is about how a girl feels and acts awkward in front of her crush. The music video has surpassed 10 million views on YouTube within just five days of its release.

At #2 is ATEEZ. The group is stepping up its game in 2021. After their comeback with its sixth mini-album, ZERO: FEVER Part.2 on March 1st, the group expressed their further plans to meet fans more often, even after its successful album. First, group member Yeosang became a new host of SBS MTV’s THE SHOW in March. Secondly, Seonghwa, Younho, San, and Jongho will star in the KBS2 drama Imitation, premiering in May.

Following at the #3 spot is the one and only BLACKPINK. As of 6 AM on April 13th, the group BLACKPINK has surpassed 60 million subscribers on YouTube. As a result, they became the first female artists in the world to accomplish this feat. BLACKPINK already surpassed Ariana Grande last year, becoming the female artists with the most YouTube subscribers. They also beat Eminem, Ed Sheeran, and DJ Marshmello. Now they are to compete with Justin Bieber with 62 million subscribers.
