Netflix will screen Lee Gye Byeok’s new romance movie Sweet and Sour on June 4th.
Today, Netflix announced the release of Sweet and Sour. This new romance film follows the realistic romance between three characters. Jang Hyuk and Da Eun fall madly in love and taste the sweetness of it. But when Jang Hyuk gets a new job at a far distance from his girlfriend, he meets a new charming girl Bo Young, and soon, his heart begins to sway.
Sweet and Sour is Luck Key and Cheer Up, Mr. Lee director Lee Gye Byeok’s new project. With this new work, he will capture the realistic and colorful taste of love. In other words, a paradoxical title that includes only the first impression of romance describes the love that goes from sweetness of new beginning to bitterness of parting.
Jang Ki Yong, Chae Soo Bin, and Krystal (Jung Soo Jung) completed a vibrant lineup.
First of all, the rising star Jang Ki Yong turned into Jang Hyuk in Sweet and Sour. He will flawlessly portray a man who goes from a sweet lover to an uninterested boyfriend. The actor will raise the viewers’ heartbeat and anger level at the same time.
Secondly, Chae Soo Bin plays Jang Hyuk’s lover Da Eun. She is a nurse who gets frustrated when both her work and love never go as planned. Lastly, Krystal will be playing Jang Hyuk’s new love interest Bo Young. She competes with Jang Hyuk for a full-time position. However, the two start to grow closer as they collaborate.
Sweet and Sour will have it release on Netflix on June 4th.
