Film ‘Collectors’ Becomes Number One Movie At the Box Office for 11 Days

The film Collectors maintained its top spot at the box office for 11 days.

According to the Korean Film Council, Collectors kept its No. 1 position by attracting 114,463 moviegoers on November 14. The cumulative audience stands at 897,886.

Upon its release on November 4, Collectors pushed down Samjin Company English Class to No. 2 and kept its top spot for 11 consecutive days. The fact that it is on the verge of becoming a “1 million viewers” movie, drawing attention.

Coming in second was Samjin Company English Class, which drew 44,449 viewers on the same day. So far, the cumulative number of viewers is 140,425. The Day I Died: Unclosed Case attracted 43,365 moviegoers, coming in third. Now, it totaled 91.927 admissions.

More Than Family ranked fourth by drawing 12,146 audience, surpassing 12,146 total audience.

Meanwhile, Collectors is a crime-comedy movie in which genius thief Kang Dong Goo (Lee Je Hoon) joins hands with experts from all over the country to dig up hidden treasures.
