Will we be able to see Kim Sun Ah and Uhm Jung Hwa on the same project?

Earlier, a media outlet reported that Kim Sun Ah and Uhm Jung Hwa have confirmed their appearances in the new drama W: City of Undying Women (literal title). In response, their respective agencies both said, “It is true that she received an offer, but nothing has been confirmed yet.”

W: City of Undying Women is a women-centered drama that tells the story of two women who had lived entirely different lives throw away all their ways and jump off a cliff together to create a world where justice and truth are alive.

Kim Sun Ah and Uhm Jung Hwa were offered the role of Hwang Do Hee and Oh Seung Sook, respectively.

Hwang Do Hee is the best in the world of PI (President Identity) consulting. In a world where a corporate CEO’s image should be thoroughly managed, and the value of a company is raised through it, her method is considered a bible. She is the leader of the strategic planning office of Eunsung Group, the third-largest conglomerate in Korea. She is the master of image-making and the best power-woman of the Eunsung Group who is coveted by all Korean conglomerate companies.

Oh Seung Sook is a woman who fights alone on the rooftop of the Eunsung Department Store. She is a human rights lawyer who can’t stand injustice, has a loud voice representing the weak, and keeps a straight-forward look at the world. She is called a mad rhinoceros that head-butt the haves, who climbed to the top of the pyramid with money and power. Fighting for the common people and laborers, she is the self-proclaimed goddess of justice of the Republic of Korea.

Meanwhile, W: City of Undying Women is scheduled to air next year.
