On Oct. 5, King Kong by Starship confirmed that Yoo Yeon Seok is currently working on a french film Matin Calme with Olga Kurylenko, and added, “Please look forward to it and show us a lot of your love.”

Matin Calme is directed by The Page Turner director Denis Dercourt, and delves into the case of a woman found dead in Korea. Yoo Yeon Seok plays detective Park Jin Ho, who has a handsome appearance and speaks fluent English. He will lead the story by working on the case with French forensic professor Alice Lone (Olga Kurylenko).

As the actor showed a variety of faces through numerous films, his new challenge and transformation through a French film is raising much anticipations.

Matin Calme started filming in September after Olga Kurylenko fully recovered from COVID-19.
