BTS ‘ON’ Is Ranked 8th on British Official Charts

British Official Charts reported that the title track “ON” of BTS new album is currently ranked 8th on this week’s single chart and predicted that it will be ranked the highest among new entrants.

The official chart, considered the two biggest music charts with Billboard, made the remark in an article on prospects for the next single chart on February 23 (local time), stating that BTS is heading for the top 40 singles chart with “ON.” The latest edition of the official chart will be released on February 28.

BTS previously ranked 13th on the British official singles chart with “Boy With Luv,” featuring Halsey. If “On” maintains its current ranking, it will break BTS all-time high record.

Expectations are also high for the U.S. Billboard chart results to be released next week.

Attention is drawn to whether the new album Map Of The Soul: 7 will top the Billboard 200 just like their previous albums, LOVE YOURSELF Tear, LOVE YOURSELF ANSWER and Map of the Soul: Persona.

Foreign media are also writing positive reviews about the recent album.

LA Times wrote in an article on the review of BTS’ new album on February 21 (local time) that the new album is “a fantastic summary of BTS’ accomplishments so far, and charts a path forward in a tumultuous but exciting new era for K-pop.”

The British Independent also gave four stars out of five to Map of the Soul: 7, saying that the album is “a collection of slick pop songs” and that “7 is is cast-iron proof we all speak the same language.”
