Lee Seung Gi opened up about the concerts that he had never revealed before.

In the latest episode of Master in the House, psychiatrist Oh Eun Young appeared as the new mentor.

On this day, Lee Seung Gi shared his concerns that he had never told anyone before. “I went to see a psychiatrist once before. I have received treatment. At the time, I had a problem with my body beyond the frustration of my mind. It was before I enlisted. I went because I was really sick before I turned 30,” he shared.

“At first, I just thought that I was in bad shape, so I went to an oriental clinic and a hospital. But they said I don’t have any problems,” he continued. “People around me told me to go see a psychiatrist because I could be having a panic disorder.”

The actor then candidly opened up, “ But going to a psychiatrist wasn’t the same as going to clinics nearby. So it was hard for me even to get myself to the door. Thinking about it now, I didn’t open myself up completely. Instinctively, I kind of guarded myself. I had this thought of saying this and not saying this.”

Hearing this, Oh Eun Young answered, “Actually, there has been a prejudice toward psychiatry in our daily life. So people are confident that they will never see a psychiatrist for the rest of their lives. But, when you find out, psychiatry is really a field in life. We listen to daily worries that you experience throughout your life.”
