Drama Ranking for the 2nd Week of June
SBS’s The Penthouse 3: War in Life ranked first for two weeks in a row, but the popularity dropped by 34.92% compared to the premiere episode. The “Alex Lee” character appeared with a reggae hairstyle and tattoos, sparking controversy over cultural appropriation. To make matters worse, many showed disappointment over the lack of plausibility in the script. KBS’s Youth of May finished in 2nd place. The series received glowing reviews for its overall quality, from the solid directing and screenplay to actors’ brilliant performances. tvN’s Doom at Your Service fell to third place after showing a decline for two weeks in a row.
tvN’s My Roommate Is A Gumiho also saw a constant decline in popularity, landing at No. 4. tvN’s Mine came in 5th amid praises for actors’ acting but criticisms for its poor screenplay. Finally, JTBC’s Law School finished in 6th place with responses that the series ended with the “perfect ending.”

Non-Drama Ranking for the 2nd Week of June
Channel A/SKY’s Steel Troops rose to the top spot once again after four weeks. Park Joon Woo also ranked third in the popularity chart for the non-drama cast. SBS’s MMTG – “Pop Songs that Deserve Another Comeback” made a surprise appearance on the list at No. 2. The show summoned K-pop groups popular in the 2010s, such as After School and 2PM, receiving favorable reactions. SBS’s Running Man, which aired Lee Kwang Soo’s final episode, came in third. Fourth place went to MBC’s I Live Alone, which aired Jeon Hyun Moo’s comeback after two years and three months. tvN’s DoReMi Market, in which TWICE’s Sana and Dahyun appeared as guests, ranked 6th.
