Seo In Guk and Park Ji Hyun are showing off their office romance chemistry.

The See You at Work Tomorrow! stars appear in the July issue of ELLE Korea, posing for a pictorial built around the keywords “sexy,” “cool” and “romantic story.”

The tvN drama follows Cha Ji Yoon (Park Ji Hyun), a seventh-year office worker going through a slump, and Kang Si Woo (played by Seo In Guk), her prickly boss, as they slowly become irreplaceable to each other.

In the interview, Park was asked what it would be like to work with a boss like Si Woo. “I think it would be great,” she said. “He’s close to a ‘unicorn boss.’ He’s perfect at his job, there’s so much to learn from him, and as long as you do your work well, there’s no reason for conflict.”

Seo also praised Park’s character, calling Ji Yoon “a great talent” who is “efficient and incredibly capable.”

On workplace dating, Park said that while the idea is harder to define for actors, she would want to try it “at least once” if she worked at a regular company. Seo disagreed, explaining, “Working together is fine, but if romance gets involved too, there would be a lot more to worry about.”

The pair also opened up about work slumps. Seo said he tells himself, “Stop whining. You chose to do this, and you have to take responsibility for it,” adding that slumps are a natural part of working for a long time.

Park said she has been thinking about the issue lately as her roles and responsibilities grow. “I often ask older actors, ‘Is this like a work slump?’ Maybe it’s just growing pains — I don’t know,” she said.

As for their chemistry on the drama set, Seo said, “We never stopped laughing, and I felt like we had similar ways of working and similar values.”

“It was close to perfect chemistry,” he added.

Park agreed, saying, “We connected on a lot of things when it came to our values,” and praised her co-star.

When asked what helps them get through today and look forward to tomorrow, Seo pointed to the satisfaction of ending the day feeling, “I did well today.” Park answered, “Dreams,” saying she believes the things she thinks about and says out loud will eventually come true.
