Wonstein has surprised fans by revealing that he’s been dating an industry insider named Jiho for seven years.
On his Instagram, Wonstein shared a series of travel photos and couple shots with Jiho, giving fans a rare glimpse into his private life. According to his post, Jiho has been by his side since his debut days, and the two have been together for about seven years. Recently, the couple have even traveled overseas together and continue to share their daily lives like any ordinary pair.
The artist also revealed that Jiho works in music, writing, “Jiho completed the early beats for my tracks ‘3 GUINEAS,’ ‘X,’ and ‘vision,’ and also directed the music video for ‘Valentine.’ She’s currently preparing to return with the ‘A Little Snail 2’ MV.”
Wonstein went on to express his affection, adding, “If it weren’t for me, she’d probably be a wonderful teacher somewhere, living happily while teaching kids.” He also shared a personal anecdote: “Jiho is red-green colorblind, so the director helped with color correction on the ‘you look so good’ MV.”
Recalling their early years, Wonstein revealed, “We once promised to break up if I couldn’t make more than 1 million KRW (approx. 700 USD) a month within two years. But even when we fight now, I still think of Jiho as someone who’s been with me since the very start of my career—we split everything half and half.”
As the unexpected dating news drew attention, a spokesperson from Standard Friends, Wonstein’s agency, stated briefly, “His relationship is a private matter, and we have no additional comments to share.”
