BTS members Jimin and Jungkook, along with Stray Kids and other K-pop artists, have been nominated for the 2024 Billboard Music Awards.
BTS’s Jungkook has received the most nominations among all K-pop artists this year, earning a total of 6 nominations across 5 categories. These include Top Song Sales Artist, Top Selling Song, Top Global K-pop Artist, Top Global K-pop Song (for “Set Me Free Pt.2” and “3D”), and Top K-pop Album (Golden), as announced on November 25th (local time).
Stray Kids has been nominated for 4 categories in 3 divisions: Top Duo/Group, Top Global K-pop Artist, and Top K-pop Album (with ★★★★★ (5-STAR) and The Sound).
TOMORROW X TOGETHER has been nominated for 3 divisions: Top Global K-pop Artist, Top K-pop Touring Artist, and Top K-pop Album (The Name Chapter: FREEFALL).
BTS’s Jimin has been nominated for 2 divisions: Top Global K-pop Song (“Like Crazy”) and Top Global K-pop Artist.
ENHYPEN has been nominated for Top Global K-pop Artist and Top K-pop Touring Artist.
In addition, SEVENTEEN has been nominated for Top K-pop Touring Artist, ATEEZ for Top K-pop Album (THE WORLD EP. FINAL: INCEPTION), and ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM for Top Global K-pop Song (“Magnetic” and “Perfect Night”).
The Billboard Music Awards is considered one of the three major music awards in the United States, along with the Grammy Awards and the American Music Awards. This year’s award ceremony will be held on December 12th.
