Kwak Si Yang and former Lovelyz member Yoo Jiae are getting married.
My Daily reported on September 3rd that Kwak Si Yang and Yoo Ji Ae will tie the knot on November 28th.
Sources close to the couple said they met naturally, fell in love and recently decided to get married. They have already set their wedding date and are receiving congratulations from those around them.
The news came as a surprise to many since the couple had not previously been linked publicly. One source said, “They are a beautiful couple. We ask for your warm congratulations and support as they begin this new chapter together.”
Kwak Si Yang made his acting debut in 2014 with the film Night Flight. He has since appeared in films and dramas including The Witness, Oh My Ghost, Alice, Lovers of the Red Sky, Flex X Cop and Good Partner. He is also set to star in the upcoming KBS 2TV weekend drama A Love Other Than Yours, which premieres September 12.
Yoo Jiae debuted as a member of Lovelyz in 2013. The group is known for songs including “Candy Jelly Love,” “Hi,” “Ah-Choo” and “Destiny.” After her contract with Lovelyz ended in November 2021, she signed with K-plus last year. Earlier this year, she made her acting debut in the short-form drama Doctor K.
