A fan exhibition celebrating the release of T.O.P’s first full-length solo album has been canceled due to low attendance and a wave of cancellations from existing reservations.
T.O.P, a former BIGBANG member who has also pursued a career as an actor, was set to have the exhibition hosted by his Korean fan site, @CHOIDOT. The fan site announced the cancellation on social media on October 4th.
Inspired by T.O.P’s first full-length solo album, ANOTHER DIMENSION, the event was originally planned as the fan site’s first-ever photo exhibition.
According to his fan site, organizers planned to accommodate 300 attendees over two days. They based the decision on attendance at previous events and T.O.P’s tour schedule. However, fewer than 100 people signed up when reservations opened. That number was only about 25% of the expected turnout.
“We had already finalized the venue contract and paid the deposit, so we intended to keep our promise to those who had already booked, even at a financial loss,” the fan site said. “However, many people later canceled their reservations. The expected attendance then fell to just 10–15% of the original target.”

After considering several alternatives, the fan site ultimately concluded that it would be impossible to operate the exhibition as planned and decided to cancel the event. The organizers expressed their regret and apologized to fans who had been looking forward to it after months of preparation.
Some online speculation has linked the cancellation to T.O.P’s recently confirmed relationship with actress Nana. T.O.P publicly acknowledged their relationship on October 2nd. The two reportedly met while filming a music video and began dating in June.
