Park Bo Gum has predicted that Kim You Jung will be the first among the Love in the Moonlight cast to get married.
The five main cast members – Park Bo Gum, Kim You Jung, Jinyoung, Chae Soo Bin and Kwak Dong Yeon – reunited for a two-day trip for Love in the Moonlight Again, a special variety show celebrating the drama’s 10th anniversary.
After gathering in Hongcheon and reminiscing about filming the hit series, the group headed to a restaurant, where Park brought up a question he had been asked during an interview.
“They asked me who I thought would get married first,” he told the group.
When Kim asked what he had answered, Park replied, “Number one was You Jung.”
“Why me? I’m the youngest,” she responded in surprise.
“I just thought you’d meet the right person and settle down first,” Park said.
Asked who he thought would marry last, Park silently looked toward Jinyoung to tease him before adding, “I don’t think any of us will get married particularly late.”
The conversation soon turned to what their lives might look like years from now. Kim joked, “It would feel so strange if one of us got married. Does that mean I’ll already be married 10 years from now?”
Park then shared a future he had imagined for the close-knit cast.
“I suddenly pictured all of us living next door to each other,” he said. “We could look after each other’s kids and go on trips together.”
Laughing, Kim replied, “So at our 20th anniversary trip, are we all going to be holding babies?”
