Don Lee is joining Netflix’s Extraction 3. He is also known by his Korean name, Ma Dong Seok.
His agency, Big Punch Entertainment, announced on August 18th that Don Lee has been confirmed to appear in the third installment of Netflix’s Extraction franchise.
The third film will once again follow Chris Hemsworth as Tyler Rake as he takes on a new mission. Details about the plot and the roles of the newly announced cast members have not yet been revealed.
Don Lee previously appeared in TYGO, a spin-off set in the Extraction universe, where he played Tygo, a mercenary with a war orphan background. He will now join Extraction 3 alongside Chris Hemsworth, Pierce Brosnan, Joe Taslim, Thue Rasmussen, Sienna Guillory, Idris Elba and Golshifteh Farahani.
Production is expected to take place over several months, with filming on location. The extended production schedule suggests that Extraction 3 will feature an even larger scale of action.
Don Lee continues to work on both Korean and international action projects. He is currently filming the fifth installment of The Roundup.
