BIGBANG is gearing up to release new music for the first time in four years.
According to MyDaily on July 7, BIGBANG has a shoot scheduled for the third week of July related to their upcoming song. The three members reportedly coordinated their schedules in advance and will be filming the music video and related content that day.
The new track will mark BIGBANG’s first release in four years. Their last song was “Still Life,” released in April 2022 with T.O.P still part of the group. The song, which captured BIGBANG’s long journey through the four seasons, received major love despite no promotional activities, ranking No. 7 on Melon’s year-end chart that year.
After T.O.P left the group in June 2023, BIGBANG became a three-member act and focused on solo activities. G-Dragon, Taeyang and Daesung have all released solo music and held individual tours. The upcoming song is expected to arrive ahead of BIGBANG’s first tour in nine years.
BIGBANG will kick off BIGBANG 2026 WORLD TOUR at Goyang Sports Complex in Gyeonggi Province from Aug. 21 to 23. The group will then hold 31 shows across 18 cities worldwide, including stops in North America, Europe, Oceania and Asia. Additional regions will be announced later.
