Park Eun Young’s wedding is over, but the comedy is still going.
The comedian tied the knot with a non-celebrity businessman five years her junior on July 5 at Yeouido Wedding Convention in Seoul. The couple is now set to head to Osaka, Japan, for their honeymoon, with one major detail still unresolved: they do not have a hotel booked.
Park’s side confirmed the situation, saying, “Even the flights were hard to book, so they plan to arrive first and handle things depending on the situation.” They added, “Even if they end up staying up all night, the two of them will probably still be happy.”
The chaotic honeymoon plans first came up a day before the wedding, when Park told MK Sports, “We still haven’t decided where to go for our honeymoon. We were so relaxed and thought we could just go anywhere, but once we started looking, there were no flights. We couldn’t find a hotel either.”
She added that airfare had “skyrocketed” and said they were trying to go somewhere close, like Osaka, if they could find available flights. Laughing, she even admitted, “At this point, I’m thinking we might not be able to go on a honeymoon at all.”
In the end, the newlyweds managed to secure flights to Osaka, but the hotel hunt is still part of the adventure. What started as a joke about possibly missing the honeymoon has turned into a very on-brand newlywed comedy for Park.

Her wedding was just as lively. Fellow KBS comedian Lee Su Ji surprised guests by dancing down the aisle to Psy’s “Entertainer,” while the groom followed with his own dance routine. Park Sung Ho, who officiated the ceremony, appeared in traditional scholar attire and played aepyeongso, only to hit a wrong note and leave the room laughing.

Singer Yumi and comedian Song Pil Geun performed the congratulatory songs, sending the couple off with plenty of cheers.
From the ceremony to the honeymoon scramble, Park Eun Young’s first chapter as a newlywed is already packed with laughs. Now, she and her husband are off to Osaka, hotel or no hotel.
