One Hundred Label CEO Cha Ga Won is apologizing for delayed wage payments — while also pushing back against singer-actor Lee Seung Gi in an increasingly heated dispute over a Hannam-dong lease.
On June 11th, Cha’s legal representative Hyun Dong Yeob posted a 33-minute video on YouTube. The video opened with Cha addressing employees of One Hundred Label and its affiliates.
“I sincerely apologize for the delay in wage payments,” Cha said. “I am deeply sorry that we failed to keep even the most basic promise on time to those who trusted the company and worked hard with us.”
Cha said the company has been working to assess and resolve the situation internally and now plans to pay the outstanding wages. “I sincerely apologize once again and will take full responsibility until the end,” she added.
The video then turned to the lease fraud allegations raised on MBC’s PD Note, which Hyun firmly denied. He claimed the Hannam-dong home where Lee is currently living under a lease is worth 16 billion won (about $10.5 million) and alleged that Lee was aware of the valuation, revealing text messages he said supported the claim.
The attorney also alleged that although Lee received the home as part of his exclusive contract payment, he has continued to live there under a lease instead of taking ownership.
“Lee Seung Gi owns multiple homes. That’s why he can’t take the house,” he said. “He has to sort out his existing properties first.”

He also brought up EXO-CBX member Xiumin, who is signed to the agency, claiming, “From what we understand, Xiumin sorted out his existing properties, took the home and made 5 billion to 6 billion won in market gains.”
Lee’s side responded soon after, accusing Cha’s side of “repeating false claims and distorting the essence of the matter.” They stated, “We will reveal Cha Ga Won’s alleged criminal charges in detail through the investigative authorities and hold her strictly accountable.”
They also said Lee terminated his exclusive contract over unpaid settlements and paid the full amount of outstanding management fees on June 4th. “If they deny this is lease fraud, then all they need to do is fulfill their basic duty as the landlord and return the deposit when the lease expires soon,” they stressed.
