The superpowered comic adventure has climbed to No. 2 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 Non-English TV chart and released 20 never-before-seen stills as buzz continues into its second week.
Set in 1999, The WONDERfools follows a group of misfits who unexpectedly gain superpowers and struggle to save the world from villains threatening peace. In its second week, the series recorded 7.9 million views and entered the Top 10 in 64 countries, proving its growing global appeal.
The newly released stills capture the full journey of the four Haeseong City heroes, from the moment they gain their powers to their fight to save the city from the threat of Wunderkinder.

The series continues to draw praise from critics and viewers in Korea and abroad. Korean outlets praised the show for blending superpowers with themes of family, friendship and love, while also delivering thrilling moments when each character’s abilities come into play.
