Son Ye Jin is earning praise online after a pair of heartwarming stories highlighted her thoughtful treatment of both fans and staff.
Recently, a short video of the actress interacting with a fan quickly spread across social media. The clip was reportedly filmed after the Baeksang Arts Awards on May 8th as Son Ye Jin was leaving the venue.
In the video, a fan hands the actress a gift bag through her car window. Moments later, the fan suddenly realizes she accidentally placed her event ticket inside the bag as well. As Son Ye Jin’s car began to pull away with the windows already rolled up, the panicked fan could be heard shouting, “My ticket! Oh no, my ticket’s in there!”
Fortunately, Son Ye Jin immediately noticed what was happening, and the vehicle quickly stopped. The actress personally returned the ticket to the fan before smiling and waving goodbye from the car window.
The moment quickly drew attention online, with many viewers sympathizing with the fan’s embarrassing mistake while also praising Son Ye Jin for her calm and considerate response.

The actress’ warm reputation continued with another story shared by a staff member from the wrap party for her upcoming variety-themed drama Variety (literal title).
A staff member recently posted a photo on social media showing an iPad Mini they had won as a raffle prize at the celebration. The device was reportedly prepared personally by Son Ye Jin.
“Dreams really do come true. Thank you,” the staff member wrote, later joking, “I’m only watching Netflix on this now,” along with, “Long live Son Ye Jin.”
Fans were especially touched after it was revealed that Son Ye Jin had personally signed the product with a handwritten message reading, “Thank you for all your hard work.”
