BTS’s J-Hope is set to give fans a rare glimpse into his personal life as he makes his appearance on MBC’s I Live Alone. According to a report by Ilgan Sports, the star recently wrapped filming for the show in complete secrecy.
I Live Alone is a popular observational reality show that documents the everyday lives of celebrities living on their own. With J-Hope’s international fame, his appearance is expected to draw massive attention from fans worldwide. The artist has previously shared his fondness for I Live Alone, often mentioning it on Weverse when asked which shows he’d love to be on.
Fans are also speculating whether this could mark the start of a recurring role for the BTS member. Many celebrities who initially appeared as guests have become regular cast members, as their personal stories captured the audience’s hearts.
Known as a real estate mogul, J-Hope owns four luxury apartments in Seoul. His portfolio includes two penthouses in Apelbaum Han River Residence and two units in the prestigious Trimage complex in Seongsu-dong. The Apelbaum penthouses are reportedly valued at around 10 billion KRW ($7.5 million USD) each. Without taking out loans, J-Hope’s real estate investments are estimated at over 27 billion KRW ($20 million USD). Viewers are eager to see which of these properties J-Hope will showcase on I Live Alone.
Meanwhile, J-Hope was discharged from the military on October 17th after completing his service at the 36th Infantry Division in Wonju, Gangwon Province. Since then, he has actively reconnected with fans, including throwing the ceremonial first pitch at the Korean Series baseball game on October 23rd and appearing on MBC FM4U’s radio show Best Friend, Lee Hyun on October 25th.
