Yoo Seon Ho shared an emotional farewell as he wrapped his three-and-a-half-year run on 2 Days & 1 Night.

On the May 31st episode of KBS’ 2 Days & 1 Night Season 4, the cast and crew surprised Yoo with a special event for his final day on the show. The production team had previously announced his departure, saying, “Yoo Seon Ho, who brought laughter and warmth over the past three and a half years, will be graduating from the show.” Yoo joined 2 Days & 1 Night in December 2022 and became beloved by viewers as the youngest member.

Before filming began, the members prepared handwritten letters and photos for him. Yoo, who had no idea what was coming, burst into tears at the surprise from his castmates.

Kim Jong Min, the eldest member, shared his heartfelt message, saying, “The time we spent together was far more precious than I realized. You were the best youngest member, and I love you.” Lee Joon also said, “Seon Ho was such a bright and positive younger brother. I was so happy for all the trips we took together.”

DinDin, who was especially close to Yoo, broke down while reading his letter. “You were a gift that came to us,” he said. “You worked so hard, and I love you more than anyone. Looking back, there are so many things I feel like I need to apologize for.” Hearing this, Yoo hugged DinDin and said, “I’m getting choked up, too,” filling the studio with emotion.

Yoo then gave his final goodbye. Wiping away tears, he said, “This was my entire 20s. Traveling all over the country was an experience I’ll never forget for the rest of my life.”

He added, “My ‘2 Days & 1 Night’ journey is over, but I’m so happy and grateful that I gained such reliable brothers who will be with me for life. I’m also so thankful to the viewers.”
