Lee Sung Kyung surprised viewers in Episode 6 of JTBC’s Doctor Slump as Han Woo Ri, a high school classmate of Yeo Jeong Woo (played by Park Hyung Sik) and Nam Ha Neul (Park Shin Hye).

Han Woo Ri’s appearance shakes things up for the two as Woo Ri tells Jeong Woo that she’s been keeping up with the news about his recent troubles and that she’s never lost faith in him.

When Jeong Woo says, “No one is better than a school friend,” Woo Ri responds, “We are not just school friends, you know. We had a crush on each other – You showed your feelings first and I developed feelings later.”

Recalling how he saved her from bullying, she also recounts, “I felt like I was a main character from an online novel back then. Jeong Woo was so cool then. Of course, he is still cool, though,” which makes Ha Neul extremely jealous.

Woo Ri also tells him, “Cheer up. I believe in you” and walks off with him. Ha Neul then becomes jealous and says, “Now I know you were so sweet to someone while you were so mean to me, huh?”

Meanwhile, Ha Neul reveals her feelings for Jeong Woo. Despite revealing, “You are like the medicine for me,” he asks her to wait a bit until he is ready to confess his love to her.
