Park Shin Hye and Kim Jae Young have been confirmed to star in SBS’s new drama Judge from Hell (literal title).
Judge from Hell is a new fantasy romance drama that narrates the story of Kang Bit Na, a “demon from hell” who enters the body of a judge. In reality more hellish than hell itself, Kang Bit Na, posing as a judge, meets the most human detective, Han Da On, and together, they judge sinners, leading her to become a true judge.
The production team announced that the captivating leads of Judge from Hell have been bagged by Park Shin Hye and Kim Jae Young.
Park Shin Hye will play Kang Bit Na, a judge from hell. Kang Bit Na, an elite judge with dazzling beauty, is actually a demon from hell with the mission of killing those who have caused death without remorse and have not been forgiven.
Kim Jae Young takes on the role of Lieutenant Han Da On of Nobong Police Station’s Violent Crimes Unit 2. Han Da On is a kind, soft-hearted yet sharp and observant detective. Warm enough to melt even a demon’s heart, he harbors a pain that no one knows about. The encounter with Kang Bit Na brings significant changes to Han Da On’s life.
Meanwhile, Judge from Hell is scheduled to air in 2024.
