The release of an upcoming movie titled Mission: Cross, starring Lee Sun Kyun‘s wife Jeon Hye Jin, has been postponed indefinitely.
Plus M Entertainment, the company responsible for the film’s investment and distribution, announced the cancellation of its February 2024 release, with the specific release date currently under discussion.
Mission: Cross revolves around a former special forces agent named Kang Moo who attempts to settle down as a househusband, but his wife can’t resist trying to find out more about his secret life.
Jeon Hye Jin takes on the role of Hee Ju, a special forces agent who runs into Kang Moo during an undercover search mission for a missing person. Starring Hwang Jung Min, Yeom Jung Ah, Jeon Hye Jin, Jung Man Sik, Kim Chan Hyung, Kim Joo Hun, Cha Rae Hyung, and Lee Ho Chul, the movie is produced by SANAI Pictures, recognized for films such as New World, A Violent Prosecutor, Asura, The Spy Gone North, and Hunt.
Plus M Entertainment’s official acknowledgment of the film’s release delay suggests that Jeon Hye Jin will be given some time to recover from the loss of her husband.
