Kim Tae Hee and Lim Ji Yeon’s new drama, Lies Hidden in My Garden, premiered on a high note.

The drama ranked 4th on Netflix Korea’s Top 10 list and secured the top spot on Amazon Prime upon its release in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore.

The story of Lies Hidden in My Garden begins with Moon Joo Ran (Kim Tae Hee) moving into a spacious mansion. Moon Joo Ran is a withdrawn resident who has no interaction with her neighbors.

One day, she complains to her husband (Kim Sung Oh) and son (Cha Sung Je) about a foul smell coming from the courtyard, but they dismiss her, claiming that they don’t smell anything. However, when Hae Soo (Jeong Un Seon), their new neighbor, greets her and asks about the smell, she senses something suspicious. Later, Joo Ran returns home and uses a shovel to dig up the suspicious area.

The story continues from the perspective of Choo Sang Eun (Lim Ji Yeon). She lives with her abusive husband, Kim Yoon Beom (Choi Jae Rim), and is preparing for a divorce. Thinking she is going to her parent’s house, Choo Sang Eun takes a day off work and gets in the car with Kim Yoon Beom. However, Kim Yoon Beom places a large bag in the back of the car and drives off to a different destination.

Two days later, Choo Sang Eun arrives at her intended destination, which was supposed to be her parents’ house. But just as she is about to leave the house, she receives a phone call informing her that her husband has died.

The story then shifts to Moon Ju Ran as she discovers a human finger in her courtyard.

In the second episode, the mysterious circumstances surrounding Kim Yoon Beom’s death and the suspicious records of Park Jae Ho unfold, inviting viewers into an inescapable mystery.

Upon watching the first and second episodes, viewers reacted as follows:
