The First Responders Season 2 will air in August, according to SBS. The drama will be titled The First Responders and National Forensic Service (literal translation).
The first season concluded with a gripping finale that heightened the excitement for the upcoming second season. The show delves into the partnership between firefighters and police officers as they track down a serial arsonist. Writer Min Ji Eun wasted no time and started working on the script for Season 2 right after Season 1 aired, aiming to deliver a well-crafted continuation. Lead actors such as Kim Rae Won, Son Ho Jun, and Gong Seung Yeon immediately resumed filming for Season 2 after a short hiatus.
