Disney Plus has confirmed the release date for its new drama Race (literal title) starring Lee Yeon Hee, Hong Jong Hyun, and Yunho and released a teaser poster.
Race is a K-office drama about Park Yoon Jo, who has no special qualifications but enters a major corporate with her passion, and gets involved in a recruitment scandal. The upcoming series is helmed by writer Kim Ruri of Hyena and director Lee Dong Yoon of She Would Never Know and Children of the 20th Century.
Lee Yeon Hee portrays the character of Park Yoon Jo, a contract worker at a major corporation. Hong Jong Hyun stars as Ryu Jae Min, an ace employee who knows how to strike a perfect work-life balance. Moon So Ri joins the cast as Gu Yi Jung, an expert PR specialist who serves as a role model for everyone. Yunho plays the role of Seo Dong Hun, a young CEO who dreams of running an agency where both employees and the company are happy.
The teaser poster captures the four main characters heading to the company with energetic steps. Expectations are high on how they will affect each other and what unpredictable stories will unfold in the series.
Race will premiere on May 10th.
