Disney Plus original series Race confirmed its casting of Lee Yeon Hee, Hong Jong Hyun, Moon So Ri, and Yunho.
Race is the new office drama about Park Yoon Ji, whose lack of an academic background won’t deter her passion for her work. After getting a job at the PR office of a major company, she meets her role model and learns what it is to become a marketer.
Lee Yeon Hee steps into the role of Park Yoon Jo. Park Yoon Jo has nothing to show for in terms of her family or academic background, but she’s always pioneered her own life. She’ll be showcasing the realistic depiction of an office worker in the 90s.
Starring opposite her is Hong Jong Hyun as Ryu Jae Min, the ace employee. He’s recognized for his ability, and one of his biggest traits is that he keeps his private and public life separate. In other words, he’s the opposite of Park Joon Jo.
Moon So Ri plays Gu Yi Jung, an expert PR specialist. She’s the personification of rational judgment and cool-headed charisma. Gu Yi Jung and Park Yoon Jo will present friendship and solidarity that transcends rank and generation. Additionally, Yunho turns into Seo Dong Hun, the CEO of a PR agency and a man who values free expression. If you describe him in one sentence, he’s a good leader with a flexible mindset.
Meanwhile, Race will be released in the first half of 2023.
