Disney Plus original series Call It Love confirmed its release on February 22nd.
Along with the news, the platform dropped five still photos of Kim Young Kwang, Lee Sung Kyung, Sung Joon, Hani and Kim Ye Won. The released stills capture the emotional moment the characters experience.
Call It Love tells an emotional love story of a man and a woman who shouldn’t have met. Kim Young Kwang plays Han Dong Jin, the CEO of Jeonram Fairs, and puts on a new face of a lonely man. Starring opposite him is Lee Sung Kyung as Shim Woo Ju, who dreams of revenge. She purposefully approaches Han Dong Jin to take her revenge, but she ends up with mixed feelings after getting to know him.
Sung Joon appears as Yoon Joon, Shim Woo Ju’s guy friend with pain that no one knows about. Then there are Hani as Kang Min Young, Han Dong Jin’s ex-girlfriend who wants to get back together with him, and Kim Ye Won as Shin Hye Sung, Shim Woo Ju’s older sister searching for true love.
Meanwhile, based on the popular webtoon of the same name, Call It Love comes from No, Thank You director Lee Kwang Young. Director Lee shared, “A real love will unfold, and this will be a touching story.”
