Yoo Ah In has ended his exclusive contract with UAA (United Artist Agency), and he is reportedly considering joining Galaxy Corporation, the agency that represents G-Dragon.

An entertainment industry source told JTBC Entertainment News on June 30th, “Yoo Ah In’s contract with UAA has ended. They remain on good personal terms rather than a professional relationship,” adding that he is currently in discussions for a new exclusive contract while considering a move to Galaxy Corporation.

Industry insiders believe this potential move could be a sign that Yoo Ah In is preparing to return to the entertainment industry.

He halted all activities in early 2023 after being accused of drug use. In July last year, the Supreme Court finalized his sentence of one year in prison, suspended for two years. Later, reports emerged in December that he was considering a comeback through the film Vampir, directed by Jang Jae Hyun, which had already attracted attention.

Now, attention is focused on whether a possible move to Galaxy Corporation will mark the start of his official return to the industry.

Galaxy Corporation represents artists including G-Dragon, Taemin, entertainer Kim Jong Kook and actor Song Kang Ho.
