May I Help You? stars Lee Jun Young and Hyeri posed together for the new pictorial for Marie Claire Korea.
The new MBC drama May I Help You? tells the story of a funeral director who grants the wishes of the dead and a man who runs errands for people around town. After getting off on the wrong foot, the two slowly work together and fill in each other’s shortcomings.
In the interview that followed the photoshoot, the two stars took turns introducing their forthcoming series. “I thought it was such a heartwarming drama, unfolding the stories of the last wishes of the dead people who have their own narratives and granting those wishes,” Lee Jun Young shared. Hyeri commented, “I found the irony that comes from where the unreality and reality meet interesting.”
She continued, “It’s sad because the story is based on death, but this is also a part of love. I think May I Help You? shows the various aspects of love: sadness, regret, longing, etc.” Lee Jun Young chimed in, “I became more sympathetic to the hearts of the people around me while working on this project, and as a result, I have grown as a person.”
When asked about meeting new people through acting, Lee Jun Young answered, “It’s always exciting. And since I have so much passion, I have a desire to continue acting. I’m looking forward to what might be coming next.” Hyeri said, “Recently, I started seeing roles that make me have a pure passion of wanting to try them. It’s fun to discover what I want to do.”
