Netflix has unveiled a teaser poster and preview of Remarriage & Desires.
Remarriage & Desires revolves around revenge and desires at a top-class matchmaking agency, where the lust for money outweighs true love.
Ahead of the show’s premiere, director Kim Jung Min shared, “I want to show that ‘Netflix dramas are different from other OTT counterparts’ while keeping the story intact. The story takes place at an exclusive matchmaking agency where various human ambitions converge.”
The teaser shows various characters striving to reach the top echelons of society by marrying someone who fits their criteria. Rex’s CEO, Choi Yoon Seon (played by Cha Ji Yeon), states, “Money is power,” and rounds up the most desirables in the marriage pool.
A heart burning with revenge against Jin Yoo Hee (Jung Yoo Jin), Seo Hye Seung (Kim Hee Seon) says, “I am going to destroy her at her happiest moment.” Meanwhile, Yoo Hee promises to return her favor if Hye Seung helps her achieve her ever-expanding ambitions. Curiosity is growing as to how the revenge story will pan out in this marriage business full of dreams and desires and how Lee Hyeong Joo (Lee Hyun Wook) and Cha Seok Jin (Park Hoon) will meet the two women who are desperate to marry someone from the “Black” tier.
Remarriage & Desires will premiere on July 15th.
