To My Star‘s sequel has unveiled its character posters of Son Woo Hyun and Kim Kang Min.
To My Star is a BL romance drama that depicts the love story between an actor named Kang Seo Joon (played by Son Woo Hyun), who strays off the track, and a chef named Han Ji Woo (Kim Kang Min), who wants to stay on track.
Last year’s Season 1 won rave reviews from domestic and overseas audiences, as it told a compelling and heartwarming story and showcased beautiful cinematography. After receiving much love for its first season, the cast members �” Son Woo Hyun, Kim Kang Min, Newkidd’s Jinkwon and Jeon Jae Yeong �” all joined forces to film its second season. News about its June 5th release is currently drawing hot interest from fans.
The released poster on the left shows Son Woo Hyun standing in a field of reeds. The poster reads, “Looking back, I did my best,” signaling a different story to be told in the upcoming season. The change behind his bright personality that attracted the chef raises curiosity.
The other poster on the right captures Kim Kang Min looking serious in his checkered jacket. The poster says, “I don’t feel myself just yet,” hinting at his confused state of mind.
TVING will exclusively release To My Star 2 in South Korea from June 5th.
