Tell Me Your Wish is a new healing drama about a precarious young man, pushed to the edge of a cliff, granting people’s last wishes at a hospice. Ji Chang Wook, Sooyoung, Sung Dong Il, Won Ji An, as well as, Yang Hee Kyung, Gil Hae Yeon, Yoo Soon Woong, Jeon Chae Yeon, and more have joined the cast.

First, Ji Chang Wook plays the “broken adult” Yoon Gyeo Rae. Having spent so much of his life in prisons, he’s boxed into a corner with no desire or will for his life. But he ends up at a hospice and finds himself struggling to live his life again.

Sung Dong Il takes on the role of Kang Tae Sik, the chief of volunteers and the leader of “Team Genie.” He’s nosy and passionate enough to know all the details of the hospice. There was once when he wanted to give up on his life too, and that’s when he came up with “Team Genie” that grants patients’ last wishes.

Choi Sooyoung plays hospice nurse Seo Yeon Joo. Seo Yeon Joo is the most shining thing inside the hospice. She is a person who promised herself to grow stronger to deliver hope to those who are on their deathbeds. Her effort in “mending” Yoon Gyeo Rae will be a key theme of the drama.

Won Ji An turns into Ha Joon Kyung, who believes Yoon Gyeo Rae is her whole life. Yoon Gyeo Rae was the first person to ever reach out to her when even her parents had abandoned her. Now, he is her family, guardian, and love.

The production team shared, “It’s a work where you’ll be touched by the witty, warm smiles. It’ll be an opportunity to reflect on the value of life and the meaning of death given equally to everyone.”

Meanwhile, Tell Me Your Wish comes from The Cursed: Dead Man’s Prey director Kim Yong Wan and I Can Speak writer Jo Ryong Soo. It will premiere in August.
