In the 8th episode of JTBC’s Forecasting Love and Weather, Lee Si Woo (Song Kang) and Han Ki Joon (Yoon Park) started to build tension towards each other.

Ki Joon visits Jin Ha Kyung (Park Min Young) visibly drunk after learning that his wife Chae Yoo Jin (Yura) lived with Si Woo in the past. It was only then he realized how she would have felt when he cheated on her. Meanwhile, Si Woo is in a bad mood after seeing Ki Joon with Ha Kyung.

Later on, Ha Kyung gets involved in a minor car accident on her way to work. She tries to figure things out on her own but soon finds out that her ex-boyfriend has changed the insurance company without notifying her. Si Woo hears about her accident from Eom Dong Han (Lee Sung Wook) and gets worried as she does not answer his calls. He feels a surge of anger when he sees Ha Kyung entering the station with Ki Joon. Ki Joon is also disgusted by the presence of Si Woo. Eventually, the two end up having a fistfight in the conference room in front of the reporters. Words spread in the weather station that Lee Si Woo is Chae Yoo Jin’s ex-lover.

After the incident, Ha Kyung takes Si Woo to her favorite diner and apologizes for not telling him about her relationship with Ki Joon. Si Woo accepts her apology and kisses her, not minding the people around them.

Ki Joon, who has been suspicious of Ha Kyung and Si Woo’s relationship, gets shocked when he sees the two kissing each other in the diner. He goes back home and while having an argument with Yoo Jin, Ki Joon blurts out that Ha Kyung is dating with Si Woo.
