YG Entertainment announced that TREASURE’s music video for “BOY” exceeded 100 million views on December 9th at approximately 8:46 AM KST.
Boasting powerful rhythms and eye-catching dance choreography, “BOY” is the title track of the group’s first single album “THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER ONE.” Sharp sounds of tense synthesizer, heavy bass, and strong drum beats are the highlights of the track.
The music video for “BOY” gained one million views in 26 hours and 20 million views in six days on YouTube thanks to TREASURE’s unique energy, charms, and synchronized dance moves.
On a side note, the boy group made their debut in August 2020, releasing the first album of the “THE FIRST STEP” series. They have sold over one million albums and won Rookie of the Year at several major music award shows.
