JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama Inspector Koo released its main trailer.
Inspector Koo is a crime comedy series starring Lee Young Ae as a lead character. The drama has been garnering huge attention even before its release since it marks her return to the small screens four years after her latest drama series.
Lee Young Ae plays Koo Kyung Yi, an insurance investigator who used to be a cop but now lives a life filled with alcohol and PC games. One day, she comes across a mysterious series of accidents and discovers that they were, in fact, serial murders.
The trailer begins with her being assigned to a new job. Lee Young Ae finds a flyer from someone searching for a missing husband and wonders, “Can you become a dead person on your own?”
Then the trailer cuts to a series of mysterious deaths, and a voice speaks to her in her head, “Looks like it’s done by a professional killer.” With the caption that reads “WHO” popping up on the screen, a light bulb flashes in her head, and she begins to set out on a real investigation, saying, “From now on, I’ve got to track her down.”
Inspector Koo will premiere on November 30th on Netflix.
