Hwang In Youp and Hyeri are set to rekindle a long-lost first love in ENA’s upcoming drama Dream to You.
The production team unveiled two teaser posters on June 10th, highlighting the reunion romance between Woo Soo Bin (played by Hwang In Youp) and Joo Yi Jae (Hyeri).
The posters showcase the couple’s past and present. Set in the summer of 2011, the first poster captures Woo Soo Bin and Joo Yi Jae during their school days as they shared the same dreams and their first love.
Fifteen years later, their lives have gone in very different directions. Woo Soo Bin has become a successful film director, while Joo Yi Jae has given up her dream of filmmaking and now works as a local news reporter. The posters tease the emotional reunion of two former lovers meeting again after years apart.
The production team said viewers can look forward to the chemistry between Hwang In Youp and Hyeri as they bring a heart-fluttering first-love romance to life.
The drama is also drawing attention as Hyeri’s next major project. She recently shared that the series will allow her to portray a wide range of ages, from a high school student to a woman in her 30s, marking the first time she has taken on a character in her 30s.
Lee Hye Ri will also star in the upcoming action thriller Tropical Night alongside Woo Do Hwan and Jang Dong Gun. Teasing a new side of herself, she said, “I’ll show viewers a version of Hyrei they’ve never seen before, rougher, more intense, and more daring.”
Dream to You premieres on July 13 at 10 PM KST.
