The global spy action movie The Sun Does Not Move confirmed its release in Korea in October and dropped the first still photos.

The Sun Does Not Move became a hot topic with its A-list cast, including Fujiwara Tatsuya, Takeuchi Ryoma, Byun Yohan, and Han Hyo Joo. And today, the movie has finally confirmed its release in Korea this month and unveiled the first stills of the actors.

This upcoming action movie revolves around the agents of a secretive organization called “AN Communication.” The story follows as they investigate top-secret information with the danger of death approaching every 24 hours.

The first photo shows agent Kazuhiko Takano (Fujiwara Tatsuya) and his partner Ryoichi Taoka (Takeuchi Ryoma), raising expectations for the gripping story they will unfold. In addition, the photos of Ayako (Han Hyo Joo), a mysterious woman, and David Kim (Byun Yohan), Takano’s rival and best spy, also add to the excitement.

As such, the movie heralds breathtaking mind games of spies over next-generation energy unfolded against the backdrop of various countries.

Meanwhile, The Sun Does Not Move is based on the “Kazuhiko Takano trilogy” by bestselling author Shuichi Yoshida. The 6-part drama and the movie were produced simultaneously, announcing the birth of a large-scale project. Centering around the ingenious topic of a bomb placed in the heart exploding if the person doesn’t report within a limited time, the plot unfolds across the world, including Japan, China, and Bulgaria.
